CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At OFIS BURA LLC, many of our products—including personalized desk name plates, custom office accessories, corporate flags, logo products, and other made-to-order items—are manufactured specifically according to each customer's requirements.

Because these products are custom-made and personalized, they cannot be resold to another customer. Therefore, personalized products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun.

1. Order Cancellation

Custom and personalized orders may be canceled only before production starts.

Once customization, engraving, printing, design preparation, or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

For non-personalized standard products, orders may be canceled before shipment.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

• A product damaged during shipping,

• A defective or incorrectly manufactured item,

• An item with an engraving, printing, or production error caused by us,

• An incorrect product,

please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ofisbura@gmail.com.

After verification, we will promptly provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

3. Returns for Standard Products

Non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they:

• Have not been used,

• Are in their original condition,

• Include original packaging and accessories,

• Are suitable for resale.

Before returning any item, customers must contact us at ofisbura@gmail.com for return authorization and instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
