3. Personalized Products

Many products sold by Ofisbura are custom-made and personalized according to customer specifications.

Personalized products may include names, titles, company information, logos, custom designs, special dimensions, or other customer-requested modifications.

Because these products are manufactured specifically for the customer, personalized items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

4. Standard Products

Non-personalized products may be eligible for cancellation before shipment and may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Products are manufactured and personalized in Turkey and shipped internationally.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Ofisbura is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, contains a production error, or differs from the order placed, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

After verification, Ofisbura may provide a replacement product or another appropriate resolution at its discretion.

7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ofisbura shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of products purchased through the website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
